1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
1 (3 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
