1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 large eggs
TOPPING:
1 package (7 ounces) sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Beat in eggs. Spread in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. , Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. CHEESECAKE LAYER:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature

8 ounces roasted unsalted nuts, such as peanuts, pecans, or walnuts, coarsely chopped (1 2/3 cups)
6 ounces dried fruits, such as raisins, currants, or cherries (1 1/4 cups)
