Tips:
- Use ripe pumpkin: The riper the pumpkin, the sweeter and more flavorful the bread will be.
- Roast the pumpkin: Roasting the pumpkin intensifies its flavor and makes it easier to mash.
- Use a food processor to mash the pumpkin: This will ensure a smooth, even texture in the bread.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can result in a tough, dense bread.
- Bake the bread in a loaf pan: This will help it to rise evenly and prevent it from becoming too dry.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing: This will help to prevent it from crumbling.
