1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup white baking chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat milk and butter until blended. Combine the cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; add to milk mixture and mix well. Stir in the coconut, chips and walnuts. , Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks.

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 caramels, each cut into 4 pieces
Additional powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar, the butter and vanilla. Stir in flour, nuts and salt until dough holds together.
  • Mold portions of dough around pieces of caramels to form 1-inch balls. On ungreased cookie sheet, place balls about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown. In small bowl, place additional powdered sugar. Roll cookies in powdered sugar while warm. Cool completely on wire rack, about 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar again.

½ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup butter, melted
1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl mix cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat condensed milk and margarine until smooth.
  • Add cracker crumb mixture and blend well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans.
