1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
2 tablespoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (6 oz)
1 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream and guacamole, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with sides with foil or cooking parchment paper. Place frozen potatoes on cookie sheet. Bake as directed on bag.

1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.

8 ounces lean ground turkey
½ cup salsa
2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning blend
1 ½ cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
½ cup diced tomatoes
⅓ cup diced bell pepper
⅓ cup sliced ripe olives
½ cup sliced green onions
Light sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa
Chopped fresh cilantro
