Steps:
- 1. Cook sausage, mashing into very small pieces. Drain. Combine with cream cheese until well mixed. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Warm tortillas a couple at a time in the microwave (don't leave long, they will be hard). Spread a heaping tablespoon of mixture on the warm tortilla and spread all over, roll up like jelly roll and place in pan, seam side down. Continue until all are rolled. I like to cover mine and refrigerate over night, they cut better. But if you don't have time that is ok. Slice into 3/4 inch slices and place on plate. Continue until all are sliced.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will make your tortilla roll-ups taste their best. Look for ripe avocados, crisp lettuce, and flavorful tomatoes.
- Choose the right tortillas: There are many different types of tortillas available, so choose one that is sturdy enough to hold your fillings without breaking. Corn tortillas or flour tortillas will both work well.
- Don't overstuff the tortillas: If you overstuff the tortillas, they will be difficult to roll up and may fall apart. Aim for a thin layer of fillings so that you can easily roll them up.
- Be careful when grilling the tortillas: If you are grilling the tortillas, be careful not to overcook them. Overcooked tortillas will be dry and brittle.
- Serve the tortilla roll-ups immediately: Tortilla roll-ups are best served immediately after they are made. This will prevent the tortillas from becoming soggy.
Conclusion:
Tortilla roll-ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can also be enjoyed as a quick and healthy meal. With so many different variations, there is sure to be a tortilla roll-up recipe that everyone will enjoy.
