Tips:
- Ensure that the jelly is completely set before rolling it up. This will prevent the jelly from oozing out and making a mess.
- If the jelly is too thick, you can thin it out with a little bit of water or juice.
- Be careful not to overcook the sponge cake. Otherwise, it will be dry and crumbly.
- When spreading the jelly on the sponge cake, make sure it is an even layer. This will help to ensure that the jelly roll is evenly flavored.
- Roll the sponge cake up tightly. This will help to keep the jelly inside and prevent it from leaking out.
- If you are having trouble rolling the sponge cake, you can use a rolling pin to help you.
- Chill the jelly roll for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help to set the jelly and make it easier to slice.

Tongan pie jelly roll is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its sweet and tangy flavor, this jelly roll is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you are looking for a special dessert to make, give Tongan pie jelly roll a try.
