1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup green olives, pitted
½ red onion, sliced
1 package cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large rectangular baking dish.

400g can butter bean, drained
