TOLLHOUSE PIE
The original concept is from Nestle®, but this is my version of the Toll House® pie. The original version was dense and greasy; mine is more cake-like. I strongly recommend using miniature chocolate chips, as when I tried it with full-sized ones, they melted and sank to the bottom of the pie and formed a large mass.

Tips:
- If you don't have a mini muffin pan, you can use a regular muffin pan and just fill each cup about halfway.
- Be sure to press the cookie dough into the muffin cups firmly so that they don't fall apart when you're baking them.
- If you want your cookie pies to be extra gooey, you can add a dollop of Nutella or peanut butter to the center of each one before baking.
- These cookie pies are best served warm, but they're also delicious at room temperature.
- Store leftover cookie pies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Conclusion:
These Tollhouse mini cookie pies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're sure to be a hit with your family and friends!
