1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cold butter
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups milk chocolate English toffee bits, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine flour, confectioners' sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes or until set., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk, eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. 1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/3 cup canola oil
2 large eggs, divided use
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup brickle toffee bits, divided
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and 1 egg; mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add remaining egg; beat on low speed just until combined. Fold in 1/2 cup toffee bits.   • Directions Preheat the oven to 325˚ F. Line an 8 × 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Toss with a fork until evenly mixed. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press into an even layer in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the toffee bits in an even layer over the graham cracker mixture. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, but maintain the oven temperature.
