Tips:

  • Use fresh buttermilk. Fresh buttermilk will give your fudge a smooth, creamy texture. If you don't have fresh buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Don't overcook the fudge. The fudge is done when it reaches 234 degrees Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer. If you overcook it, it will become grainy and crumbly.
  • Stir the fudge constantly. Stirring the fudge constantly will help to prevent it from scorching and will also help to create a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it. This will help to prevent the fudge from crumbling.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature. The fudge will keep for up to 2 weeks.

Conclusion:

Toasted pecan white fudge is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy texture, rich flavor, and crunchy pecans, this fudge is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give this toasted pecan white fudge a try. You won't be disappointed!
