3 medium tomatillos, husks removed, rinsed
3 garlic cloves, smashed
Kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

2 jalapeno chile peppers
8 pequin chile peppers
4 cloves garlic
1 small whole onion, peeled
