1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed, divided
48 vanilla wafers
1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled, divided
2 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, coarsely grated
1 cup fresh raspberry

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; mix well. Stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
  • Line bottom and sides of a 2-1/2 qt bowl with half of the wafers; drizzle with half of the coffee. Layer half of the pudding mixture over wafers, and then top with half of the grated chocolate. Repeat all layers starting with the wafers and coffee. Top with remaining whipped topping and raspberries.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

My another thing you can use aside from coffee is of course some coffee liquor. depends on who you are serving it to. taste good when the pudding has been refrigerated for about 30 min to an hour.

2 pkg 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg 8 oz philidalphia cream cheese
1 box vanilla wafers cookies
1 pkg fresh strawberries
1/2 c cooled coffee your preference of strength
3 c milk
chocolate shavings (white, milk, or dark)
8 oz whipped cream cheese

Steps:

  • 1. make pudding as directed on box but instead of using 2 cups per box just use the three cups as stated in the ingredients.
  • 2. make sure cream cheese is softened. combine whipped cream ( i use cool whip) once mixed together add to pudding and mix until well combined
  • 3. grab punch bowl or trifle bowl. lay out about 24 vanilla wafers or until bottom of bowl is covered. pour 1/4 cup of coffee until wafers are soaked.
  • 4. begin to layer the pudding mixture into bowl. and layer strawberry slices. you may choose how much you would like in the middle layer. lay vanilla wafers again and pour more coffee.
  • 5. repeat pudding mixture. strawberry slices and possibly whole ones for looks. sprinkle chocolate shavings all around top. i prefer milk chocolate or Peruvian dark chocolate.
  • 6. place a swirl of whip cream on top. enjoy!
