As usual, I didn't have all the ingredients to make a real pizza, so I had to improvise. The kids can make these as an after school snack. They are really easy.

Time 6m

Yield 1 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

6 saltine crackers
1/4 cup pizza sauce
6 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Lay crackers down on a microwave safe platter.
  • Top with as much pizza sauce as you want.
  • Place a slice of pepperoni on each cracker.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Microwave on high about one minute or until cheese is melted.

Tips:

  • Use store-bought pizza dough or make your own. The recipe in this article is for a quick and easy no-yeast dough.
  • If you're using store-bought pizza dough, let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before using.
  • For a crispy crust, preheat your oven to the highest temperature possible, usually around 500°F (260°C).
  • Use a pizza stone or baking sheet to bake the pizzas. A pizza stone will give you a crispier crust, but a baking sheet will work just fine.
  • Don't overload the pizzas with toppings. Too many toppings will make the pizzas soggy.
  • Bake the pizzas until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the pizzas cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Conclusion:

Tiny pizzas are a fun and easy way to enjoy your favorite pizza flavors. They're perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick and easy meal. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make delicious tiny pizzas that everyone will love. So next time you're craving pizza, give this recipe a try!
