If you love Reseese Peanut butter cups as much as I do, you will love this candy. I like to make this my for Christmas sweets assortments; and, if I don't make for Christmas, I definately make for Valentines.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb white chocolate
1 (12 oz.) jar of chunky peanut butter
2 (8 oz.) packages of semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Combine white chocolate and peanut butter in top of double broiler above water heated to boiling.
  • 2. Reduce heat and stir constantly until mixture is melted and well blended.
  • 3. Spread mixture onto a waxed paper lined 10x15-inch jelly roll pan.
  • 4. Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate over first layer and swirl through with a knife.
  • 5. Chill until firm. Then cut into small squares.
  • 6. Store in refrigerator. Yields: 6 dozen squares. (TIP: Semi-sweet chocolate may be melted in a microwave.)

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 Cups Peanut Butter ( crunchy or creamy)
1 Stick of Margarine, room tempature
1 1/2- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 Pkg Graham Crackers, crushed
1/2 Cup Carob Chips, melted
Large cookie sheet lined with wax paper
zipblock bag
a set of hands ( kids love this part)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix graham crackers, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and margarine until evenly coated. Form 2 inch balls from the mixture in your hands and place on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Place in the refrigerator. Melt carob chips in microwave safe bowl. Pour mixture into zip block bag. Cut off tip of bag, to form a disposible pastry bag. Remove cookie sheet from fridge. take the melted carob and form stripes over the balls, making them look like tiger stripes. Place back into fridge and let cook for at least 1 hour. EAT THEM!
