3 large green onions, white and tender green parts only
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons toasted sesame oil
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups chopped fresh cilantro, leaves and stems

Steps:

1 bunch cilantro
4 scallions, thinly sliced on a diagonal

1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese
2 Tbsp ranch seasoning
