1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon olives or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 (737 g) jars spaghetti sauce
green pepper (optional)
mushroom (optional)
1 small diced red onion
1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey

  • Brown hamburger until no longer pink with diced red onion.
