Garlic dip, a staple in many cuisines, is a versatile and flavorful condiment that can elevate any dish. This creamy, garlicky spread is made with a blend of mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic, along with herbs, spices, and sometimes cheese. It is a perfect accompaniment for vegetable crudités, crackers, chips, and grilled meats. Some variations include roasted garlic dip, which adds a smoky, caramelized flavor to the mix, and blue cheese garlic dip, which incorporates tangy blue cheese for a more complex flavor profile. Additionally, there are vegan and dairy-free options available, made with plant-based alternatives like Greek yogurt, vegan mayonnaise, and cashew cream. With its endless variations and universal appeal, garlic dip is a must-have for any party or gathering.

COPYCAT TASTEFULLY SIMPLE - GARLIC GARLIC DIP
I have not tried this yet, I found it on wittyliving.com and adapted it to include far less salt. The original called for an entire tablespoon of salt, and I imagined eating play-doh. I hope this is as delecious as the original. Update, I have since tried a few variants of this, with no real success. Each batch seems to come out thick and pasty, instead of creamy, even with a decrease of the dry ingredients. I was actually hoping to delete this recipe, but cannot find that option. Sorry.
