Super light and fluffy, sweet and tangy. Love it. The original recipe called for a whole cup of sugar, but I halved it for health and it tasted just fine.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe mangoes. The best mangoes for this recipe are ripe but still firm. Avoid mangoes that are too soft or have brown spots.
  • Use a food processor or blender to puree the mangoes. This will make the fool smooth and creamy.
  • Sweeten the fool to taste. You can use sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
  • Chill the fool for at least 2 hours before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the fool to thicken.
  • Garnish the fool with whipped cream, chopped nuts, or fresh mint.

Conclusion:

Caribbean mango fool is a light and refreshing dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With its tropical flavors and creamy texture, Caribbean mango fool is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
