Tips:

  • Use a high-quality peanut butter: Look for a natural peanut butter that doesn't contain any added sugar or oil.
  • Toast the peanuts: Toasting the peanuts will bring out their flavor and make them more fragrant.
  • Use a variety of chiles: This will give the sauce a more complex flavor. If you don't like spicy food, you can omit the chiles or use a milder variety.
  • Use fresh ginger and garlic: These ingredients will add a lot of flavor to the sauce.
  • Don't boil the sauce: Boiling the sauce will make it lose its flavor. Simmer it over low heat until it has thickened.
  • Serve the sauce immediately: The sauce is best served fresh. If you need to make it ahead of time, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

This Thai curry peanut sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used on a variety of dishes. It's perfect for dipping, drizzling, or marinating. The sauce is also a good source of protein and healthy fats. So next time you're looking for a flavorful and healthy sauce, give this Thai curry peanut sauce a try.
