Tips for Making the Best Chocolate Cobbler:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the cobbler will taste. Look for a chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Don't overcook the cobbler. The cobbler is done when the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  • Serve the cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  • If you don't have a cast iron skillet, you can use a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • You can also use a gluten-free flour blend if you need to make the cobbler gluten-free.
  • For a vegan cobbler, you can use a plant-based milk and butter.
  • You can add a variety of spices to the cobbler, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger.
