2/3 cup carnation nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon granular Splenda sugar substitute (or more to taste)
1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup egg white

Steps:

¼ cup unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ cup water
½ cup packed brown sugar
8 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced
