1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar (24 ounces) pasta sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 large eggs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups 4% cottage cheese
4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh basil, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions for al dente. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and seasoned salt; set aside., In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. 14.5 ounces of Spaghetti Noodles
2 24 ounce Jars of Spaghetti Sauce, different flavors
1 lb. of Ground Beef
1 Garlic Clove
1 Yellow Onion
4 ounces of Fresh Mushrooms
3-4 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Butter

Steps:

  • In a sauce pan over medium heat melt a decent size spoonful of butter. Dice your onions and garlic, slice your mushrooms, and add it all to your melted butter. In another pan boil your noodles while this cooks.
  • Once your onions are good and golden add in your beef and cook fully. As your beef browns shred your mozzarella.
  • Once your noodles are done, drain of water. Once your meat is done, drain of grease. Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Then starting with noodles on the bottom layer your noodles, meat, sauce, and cheese in a large baking pan.
  • Top casserole with lots of cheese and bake until cheese has melted.
