Very popular sub here in Buffalo. A combination of italian sausage and spicy chicken fingers. I added blue cheese dressing, usually served with mayo or oil. Hope Your hungry, this definately fills the tummy!

1 12in good sub roll toasted
2 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
2 italian sausage patties
4 fried chicken fingers
lettuce leaves
1 tomato sliced
1 medium sliced fried onion
SAUCE FOR FINGERS
melted butter
franks hot sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Get proteins cooked. Chicken fingers deep fried and tossed in Buffalo sauce, put aside. Cook italian sausage patties till done, set aside. Fry onions in a little bit of butter. Toast roll. Ready for assembly... Place toasted bun on board, spread blue cheese on bun. Start with lettuce, tomato then onion. Then place sliced in half italian sausage and top with chicken fingers.
