Yield 15 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 17

1 (10 ounce) package grape tomatoes or 1 (10 ounce) package cherry tomatoes

1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
1 orange bell pepper (sliced)
1 large red onion (sliced)
1 large cucumber (sliced 1/4rd)
4 fresh garlic cloves (crushed)
1 green onion

2 (2/3 ounce) packages Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
1 (13 1/4 ounce) package rotini pasta (multi-Colored)

1 (16 ounce) bottle white vinegar
1 (16 ounce) bottle olive oil or 1 (16 ounce) bottle canola oil

Steps:

  • Cook pasta, slice and prep all ingredients to bite sized pieces. Prepare both salad dressings (one at a time or together if you have two bottles), crumble Feta, combine into the noodles when done and pour both dressings on top. Chill and serve. Awesome the second and 3rd days....

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The fresher and more flavorful your ingredients, the better your salad will be. Look for ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and tender greens.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are endless possibilities when it comes to salad ingredients. Try adding different fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and cheeses to find your favorite combination.
  • Make sure your dressing is balanced: A good dressing should have a balance of sweet, sour, salty, and bitter flavors. Use a light hand with the oil and vinegar, and don't be afraid to experiment with different herbs and spices.
  • Let your salad rest before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the dressing to soak into the greens.
  • Serve your salad immediately: Salads are best enjoyed fresh. Once they've been sitting for a while, the greens will start to wilt and the dressing will become watery.

Conclusion:

Salads are a delicious, healthy, and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner, or a snack. With a little planning and effort, you can create a salad that's both flavorful and satisfying. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give one of these recipes a try. You won't be disappointed!
