  • Use high-quality beef: The quality of the beef you use will greatly impact the flavor of the dish. Look for well-marbled, tender cuts of beef, such as sirloin or flank steak.
  • Slice the beef thinly: This will help the beef cook quickly and evenly.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic will help to tenderize it and add flavor.
  • Use a hot wok: A hot wok will help to sear the beef and keep it tender.
  • Cook the beef in batches: Do not overcrowd the wok, or the beef will not cook evenly.
  • Add the vegetables towards the end of cooking: This will help to prevent them from becoming overcooked.
  • Serve the beef with rice or noodles: Thai sesame beef is a great main course to serve with rice or noodles.

Conclusion:

Thai sesame beef is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. The beef is tender and flavorful, and the vegetables are crisp and colorful. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
