Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling during the cooking process.
  • Use Quality Ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the final dish. Use fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices, and choose a good quality cut of beef.
  • Don't Overcook the Beef: Beef should be cooked quickly over high heat to maintain its tenderness and flavor. Overcooking will make the beef tough and chewy.
  • Use a Wok or Large Skillet: A wok or large skillet will allow you to stir-fry the noodles and vegetables quickly and easily.
  • Add the Noodles Last: Add the noodles to the wok or skillet last, and stir-fry them until they are just heated through. Overcooking the noodles will make them mushy.
  • Serve Immediately: Pad See Ew is best served immediately, while the noodles are still hot and the vegetables are still crisp.

Conclusion:

Pad See Ew is a delicious and easy-to-make Thai noodle dish that is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
