Tips:

  • Choose ripe and fresh vegetables: The quality of the ingredients greatly influences the taste of Texas Caviar. Select ripe and fresh vegetables to ensure the salsa is packed with flavor.
  • Chop the vegetables consistently: Uniformly chopped vegetables not only enhance the visual appeal of the salsa but also ensure even cooking and consistent texture.
  • Use a sharp knife: A sharp knife makes chopping the vegetables easier and prevents them from getting crushed, preserving their texture and flavor.
  • Don't overcook the vegetables: Overcooked vegetables can become mushy and lose their鮮豔的色彩and crispness. Cook them just until they are tender-crisp to maintain their鮮豔的色彩, texture, and nutrients.
  • Use high-quality olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is the preferred choice for Texas Caviar, as its rich flavor complements the other ingredients well. Make sure to use a good quality olive oil to enhance the overall taste of the salsa.
