3 tablespoons lemon juice (divided)
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
