- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
- Divide dough in half. Place half of dough into another bowl; stir in chocolate until well mixed.
- Shape each teddy bear using either vanilla or chocolate dough or a combination for two-toned teddy bears. Shape 1 large (1-inch) ball for body. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Shape 1 medium (3/4-inch) ball for head, 4 small (1/2-inch) balls for arms and legs, 2 smaller balls for ears. Attach head, arms, legs and ears by overlapping slightly onto body. Add small balls for eyes, nose and mouth, if desired. Use fork to make claws on paws.
- Bake 7-8 minutes or until body is set. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.

- In large bowl, beat sugar, butter, vanilla and egg with spoon until smooth. Stir in flour and cocoa. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 375°F. Shape dough into 20 (1-inch) balls and 20 (3/4-inch) balls. To make each cookie, on ungreased cookie sheet, arrange 1 large ball and 1 small ball with sides touching. Insert about 1 1/2 inches of wooden stick through center of 1-inch ball and into smaller ball. Press floured bottom of glass on dough until about 1/4 thick. Place pairs of dough balls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

- In a large bowl, beat the milk, peanut butter, vanilla and egg until smooth. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to peanut butter mixture and mix well., For each bear, shape the dough into one 1-in. ball, one 3/4-in. ball, six 1/2-in. balls and one 1/4-in. ball. On an ungreased baking sheet, slightly flatten the 1-in. ball to form the body. Place the 3/4-in. ball above body for head. For limbs, place four 1/2-in. balls next to the body. For ears, place two 1/2-in. balls next to the head. , For nose, place the 1/4-in. ball in the center of the head. Add two chocolate chips for eyes and one chip for belly button. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
