Tips:

  • Use a well-seasoned cast iron skillet for the best results. A cast iron skillet will give the chicken a crispy crust.
  • Make sure the chicken is dry before frying. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel before coating it in the flour mixture. This will help the flour adhere to the chicken and prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet. Make sure there is enough space between the pieces of chicken so that they can cook evenly. Overcrowding the skillet will cause the chicken to steam instead of fry, resulting in soggy chicken.
  • Be patient. Don't rush the cooking process. Allow the chicken to cook until it is golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Rushing the cooking process will result in undercooked chicken.
  • Serve the chicken immediately with your favorite sides. Tater Crisp Chicken is best served hot and crispy.

Conclusion:

Tater Crisp Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. With a crispy crust and a juicy interior, this chicken is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dinner idea, give Tater Crisp Chicken a try.
