1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion

1 cup red California seedless grapes, halved
1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped

2 hard-boiled eggs (1 per can)
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped fine or 1/2 tablespoon capers
1/4 red onion, chopped fine
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sour cream or 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 lemon, juice of, fresh
