TANGY MEATLOAF
I like this meatloaf and on occaision I like it stuffed with homemade bread stuffing. You can do this, by dividing the loaf in half lengthwise, add your favorite stuffing to bottom half, seal with top half.

Tips:
- Choose the right ground meat: A combination of ground beef and ground pork is a classic choice for meatloaf, but you can also use all beef, or a mix of beef, pork, and veal. If you're looking for a leaner meatloaf, use ground turkey or chicken.
- Don't overmix the meatloaf mixture: Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough. Just mix the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Use a variety of seasonings: A good meatloaf should have a variety of flavors. Common seasonings include salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and paprika. You can also add herbs, such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary.
- Don't be afraid to experiment: There are many different ways to make meatloaf. Feel free to experiment with different ingredients and seasonings to find the perfect recipe for you.
