Tips:

- For the best results, use a good quality tenderloin steak. Look for one that is evenly thick and has good marbling. - To ensure that the steak cooks evenly, bring it to room temperature before cooking. This will help to prevent the steak from overcooking on the outside while remaining undercooked on the inside. - Season the steak generously with salt and pepper before cooking. This will help to enhance the flavor of the steak. - Sear the steak in a hot pan until it is browned on all sides. This will help to create a flavorful crust and lock in the juices. - Reduce the heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the steak is cooked to your liking. - Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help to ensure that the juices are redistributed throughout the steak, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
