Tips:

  • Choose the right pork tenderloin: Look for a tenderloin that is firm to the touch, with no signs of bruising or discoloration.
  • Prepare the marinade ahead of time: This will allow the flavors to meld and penetrate the pork.
  • Sear the pork tenderloin over high heat: This will create a nice crust and seal in the juices.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking: This will ensure that the pork cooks evenly throughout.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork: The pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a tender and flavorful dish.

Conclusion:

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. The marinade, made with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and herbs, gives the pork a bright and tangy flavor. Grilling the pork over high heat creates a nice crust, while the marinade helps to keep the pork moist and juicy. Serve the pork with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.
