CHICKEN THIGHS IN ASIAN TANGERINE MARINADE
This is something I threw together for dinner when I had a cold and just couldn't get myself to the store, and used what was on hand. Serve with rice and a vegie. Cook time includes marinating time.

TANGERINE TUNA (MARINADE)
Excellent. This recipe came from a cookbook called "Miami Spice" which I picked up in the Miami airport. The marinade can be used on other types of fish as well. It smells heavenly and tastes even better. Prep time includes marinating time.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Whisk until honey has dissolved.
- Marinade chicken or pork for 1 1/2-2 hours.
Tips:
- For the best flavor, use fresh tangerines. If you don't have fresh tangerines, you can use bottled or canned tangerine juice, but the flavor will not be as good.
- You can use this marinade on chicken, fish, or pork. It is also great for tofu or tempeh.
- If you are using this marinade on chicken or fish, be sure to let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours.
- If you are using this marinade on pork, you can let it marinate for up to 24 hours.
- When you are ready to cook the meat, be sure to drain the marinade off before cooking. This will help to prevent the marinade from burning.
- You can also use this marinade to make a delicious salad dressing. Simply whisk the marinade ingredients together and drizzle over your favorite salad.
Conclusion:
If you are looking for a delicious and easy marinade, this tangerine marinade is a great option. It is perfect for chicken, fish, pork, or tofu. The marinade is also very versatile and can be used as a salad dressing.
