2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
2 pounds ground beef
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. 1 pound ground chuck beef (80% lean)

1 (10 ounce) can red enchilada sauce
1 ¼ cups water
1 ¼ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 c water
1 can(s) (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 lb egg noodles, cooked and drained
16 oz cottage cheese (2 cups)
1/2 c sour cream
1 Tbsp flour
2 tsp beef bouillon granules
1/4 c chopped green onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
2 c shredded cheddar jack cheese
