1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons taco seasoning, divided
½ lb small macaroni, dry
1 cup water
2 cups beef stock
2 cups shredded white cheddar, yellow cheddar works as well
1 cup tomato, diced
green onion, diced, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a 4-quart chicken fryer, heat approximately 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the onions until they begin to soften.
  • Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add the ground beef and 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Using your spatula, break up the ground beef and stir until cooked. Drain the excess liquid from the pan.
  • Add water, beef stock, pasta, tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning back to the pan. Stir to combine.
  • Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring twice to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • Increase heat to medium after 15 minutes, and stir pasta until most of the liquid is gone.

1 (14 ounce) package macaroni (KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner)
1 lb ground beef
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided (I like sharp cheddar, but any cheese will do)
1 cup salsa (Any is fine, I only have used green)

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 400°F Prepare Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water to meat; simmer 5 minute.
  • STIR sour cream into prepared Dinner. Spoon half of the Dinner mixture into 8-inch square or 9-inch round baking dish; top with layers of the meat mixture, 1 cup of the cheese and remaining Dinner mixture. Cover.
  • BAKE 15 minute Top with salsa and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minute or until cheese is melted.

16 ounces can water, use the empty tomato sauce can

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2-1 teaspoon cumin
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/2 cup milk
2 -2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, can use cheddar-jack

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground sirloin with the chopped onion until no longer pink; drain excess fat, if desired (there shouldn't be that much if you've used the extra lean ground sirloin).

1 (16 ounce) box dreamfield's elbow macaroni (or Elbow Macaroni of Your Choice)
2 lbs hamburger, Browned
1/4 cup red onion, Chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic (Do not Drain)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (No Water , other Cream of Soup can be substituted)
0.5 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope mild taco seasoning (or make your own)
1 cup shredded cheese
2 -4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or enough to cover casserole top)
salt and pepper (we prefer Kosher)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook elbow macaroni "Al dente" approx 10 minutes.
  • Brown hamburger with red onion and garlic.

1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 large vidalia sweet onion,peeled and sliced
1 medium tomato,seeded and chopped
3 green chiles,divided
1 Tbsp margarine
1/2 c all purpose flour
1 c milk
3/4 c sour cream
3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 c shredded mexican cheese blend,divided
1 c cubed processed american cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Place macaroni in the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente;drain.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.Add 1 cup crushed taco shells.
  • 3. Heat a large,deep skillet over medium-high heat.Cook and stir the beef in hot skillet until browned and crumbly,5 to 7 minutes;drain and discard the grease.
  • 4. Return the skillet to heat.Stir in sliced vidalia onion,chopped tomatoes,diced green chiles and taco seasoning mix into the beef;simmer the mixture until hot about 5 minutes.
