½ teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (15 ounce) can baked beans in tomato sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
½ teaspoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon gluten-free soy sauce (tamari)
6 romaine lettuce leaves, or to taste
½ cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup diced red bell pepper
1 tomato, diced
2 green onions, or more to taste, chopped

2 tsp vegetable oil
1 large onion,chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning or 3 tablespoon homemade taco mix
1/2 c tomato sauce
1/2 c chicken broth
1 tsp cider vinegar
lettuce leaves- leaf is best
ranch style beans or refried beans
TOPPINGS:
shredded cheese-black olives-salsa- cheese sauce- sour cream-ranch dressing- tomato- onions and /or avocado

  • 1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add next 3 ingredients. Cook 2 minutes. Add spice mix and beef; cook and scramble for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, broth and vinegar.
