- Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, then season with taco seasoning, garlic, cayenne pepper, chili powder and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place 6 tortillas into the prepared baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the salsa on top of the tortillas. Spread 1/2 of the meat mixture evenly over the salsa. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the green onions. Drop 1/2 of the sour cream randomly over the green onions. Top with 1/2 cup Cheddar and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layers. Top with 6 tortillas, spread with remaining salsa, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheeses are melted.

- 1. In a large non-stick skillet,cook beef,onion on medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat. Stir in water & taco seasoning;bring to a boil.Reduce heat;simmer,uncovered 2 minutes. Stir in mild green chilies,black beans,refried beans and tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for 10 min.
- 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 tortillas in a greased 13 X 9" baking dish. Spread half blackbeans and beef mixture;sprinkle w/ 1 c. cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas and cheese. Sprinkle sliced black olives on to top.

- 1. Brown ground chuck with onion in skillet; drain fat, return to skillet and add taco seasoning. Set aside.
- 2. Melt cheese, sour cream, peppers and tomatoes in a saucepan over low heat until cheese is completely melted.
- 3. Crush the chips. Combine the meat and cheese mixture. Layer meat/cheese mixture in 13"x9" baking dish; top with chips; repeat layers until all mixture has been used, ending with chips on top.
