12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup salsa
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and chili powder until smooth; stir in salsa. Spread cream cheese mixture over a large serving platter. 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
½ cup salsa
½ head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
¾ cup chopped black olives
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Place the beans in the bottom of one 9x13 inch clear glass dish.
