TACO BELL WILD SAUCE
Remember the 'wild sauce' that Taco Bell used to have back in the 90's? It was spicy hot and intensely flavorful.. I was disappointed when they discontinued it, and have tried many attempts at reproducing it - and I think I've got it close, here.. I do believe this tastes as good as I remembered .. Use of Tabasco is key, so no substitutes - it just won't be the same..

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro will give your sauce the best flavor. If you can't find fresh tomatoes, you can use canned diced tomatoes. But be sure to drain them well before using them.
- Roast your tomatoes: Roasting tomatoes intensifies their flavor. If you have time, roast your tomatoes before making the sauce. To roast tomatoes, simply toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then, roast them in a 400-degree oven for 30-45 minutes, or until they are softened and slightly charred.
- Use a variety of peppers: A combination of different peppers will give your sauce a complex flavor. For a mild sauce, use green bell peppers and poblano peppers. For a medium-hot sauce, use serrano peppers and jalapeƱo peppers. And for a hot sauce, use habanero peppers and cayenne peppers.
- Don't overcook the sauce: Overcooking the sauce will make it lose its flavor. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until it has thickened to your desired consistency.
- Taste the sauce as you go: Adjust the seasonings to your taste. If you like a spicy sauce, add more peppers. If you like a tangy sauce, add more vinegar. And if you like a sweet sauce, add more sugar.
Conclusion:
This Taco Bell Wild Sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used on a variety of dishes. It's perfect for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and quesadillas. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for chips or vegetables. No matter how you use it, this sauce is sure to add a flavorful kick to your meals.
