This was one of my grandfather's favorite recipes. It's so simple, the family loves it, and it's a wonderful recipe for a great barbeque meal!

1 cup vegetable oil
¾ cup soy sauce
½ cup lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup prepared yellow mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk the vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and pepper together in a bowl until combined.
  • To use the marinade, place the meat in the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Discard the marinade after it has been used.

2 cups oil, vegetable
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup juice, pineapple
1 tablespoon garlic, granulated

  • Mix ingredients in bowl, and marinadte steaks overnight or for 10 hours in refrigerator. Makes enough marinade for 4 steaks.

1 1/2 pounds bone-in T-bone or porterhouse steak, 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick (see Cook's Note)
