  • To ensure the swordfish remains moist and flavorful, it's crucial to cook it quickly over high heat. Broiling or pan-searing are excellent cooking methods for achieving this.
  • For the lemon-dill wine sauce, use fresh lemon juice and dill to impart a vibrant and aromatic flavor.
  • Don't boil the sauce; instead, simmer it gently to prevent curdling and preserve its delicate texture.
  • To enhance the sauce's richness and depth of flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine or dry vermouth.
  • To create a crispy crust on the swordfish, pat it dry before cooking and season it generously with salt and pepper.
  • For a healthier version of the recipe, opt for grilling or baking the swordfish instead of pan-frying.
