Number Of Ingredients 7

2 apples, cored and chopped
1/2 c apple juice, unsweetened
1 c rolled oats, quick cooking
1 Tbsp honey
1 c low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp walnuts or almonds
2 Tbsp raisins or craisins

Steps:

  • 1. Combine apples and juice. Stir in oats and honey. Add yogurt, nuts, raisins; stir to mix well. Put in refrigerator. Can keep for up to 2 days.

Tips:

  • Use a heavy-bottomed pot: This will help prevent the oatmeal from burning or sticking to the pot.
