Tips for Making the Best Swiss Melt Mushroom Burgers

- Use a sturdy bun that can hold up to the juicy burger and melted cheese. A brioche bun or a potato bun are both good choices. - Season the ground beef well with salt and pepper. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika. - Cook the burgers over medium-high heat so that they get a nice sear on the outside but stay juicy on the inside. - Use a good quality Swiss cheese that melts well. Gruyère or Emmental are both good choices. - Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft and slightly browned. You can use any type of mushrooms you like, but cremini mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms are both good choices. - Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, and onion.
