SPINACH DIP KNORR RECIPE WITH SWISS CHEESE RECIPE

Spinach Dip Knorr Recipe with Swiss Cheese Recipe image

Provided by rossboys

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 (16oz) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg (14.5oz) Knorr's Vegetable Soup & Recipe Mix
1 (8oz) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 round loaf bread, rye or plain

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Mix well and cover and chill for 2 hours. Before serving, cut top of bread, removing bread from center to form bowl for dip. Reserve crust lid from bread. Spoon dip in to hollowed bread and use lid to cover.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients. The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dip will taste. Look for a good-quality Swiss cheese that is flavorful and melts well. Shred the cheese yourself to ensure that it melts evenly.
  • Don't overcook the dip. The dip should be cooked until it is melted and bubbly, but not until it is browned. Overcooking the dip will make it tough and rubbery.
  • Serve the dip immediately. The dip is best when served immediately after it is made. If you need to make it ahead of time, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat the dip over low heat until it is melted and bubbly before serving.
  • Garnish the dip with fresh herbs. Fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives, or dill, will add a pop of color and flavor to the dip. You can also garnish the dip with a sprinkle of paprika or crushed red pepper flakes.

Conclusion:

Swiss cheese dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. It is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Serve it with your favorite dippers, such as crackers, bread, or vegetables, and enjoy!
