1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes or 1 (10 ounce) can any brand tomatoes and green chilies
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drain and reserve juice

pepper
1 tablespoon A.1. Original Sauce or 1 tablespoon steak sauce, of choice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
chopped fresh parsley (to garnish)

Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients measured and prepped, and all the equipment you need is clean and ready to use.
  • Use a heavy-bottomed pot or pan: This will help to distribute heat evenly and prevent scorching.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you're cooking meat, make sure to give it enough space in the pan so that it can brown properly.
  • Cook over medium heat: This will give the food time to cook through without burning.
  • Don't stir the food too much: Stirring the food too much can break it up and prevent it from browning properly.
  • Season to taste: Always taste the food before serving and adjust the seasoning as needed.
