SWISS AND CHIVE QUICHE
I used to make this cheese and chive quiche recipe using two cans of corned beef hash, but I switched to a meatless version. I don't miss the meat a bit, and my family loves generous portions. -Theresa Jerger, Holland, Indiana

HAM AND SWISS CHEESE QUICHE
This quiche has been a family favorite for many years. Very tasty and fairly easy to make. It has a mild flavor and even my kids liked it (if they couldn't see the green pepper.) You can use left over ham or as I often do ham lunch meat. This does make a very full pie crust.

Posted here for safekeeping. You can also use all milk instead of cream and omit the butter pieces on top. NOTE: As suggested by one reviewer (Dec. 13, 2010), I am revising the recipe to correct a typo. (Sorry for the inconvenience!)
