ASIAN SWEET & SPICY SAUCE
This is our favorite sauce! It is great with sesame seeds and cilantro on battered chicken breast pieces. It is awesome on grilled chicken or fish. It would probably be great in a stir fry as well. We usually serve the chicken (or fish) with extra cilantro on top of the sauce.

This marinade works well with just about every grilled meat and poultry, as well as salmon and shrimp. The longer the meat marinades the better the flavor. This is my most requested recipe for pork and chicken.

- Adjust the Sweetness and Tanginess: The balance of sweet and tangy flavors is crucial in this marinade. If you prefer a sweeter marinade, add more brown sugar or honey. If you want a tangier marinade, add more rice vinegar or lemon juice.
